Functions:

Researching and applying the socio-economic management, business management, training and transferring the research result to necessary objects. 

Obligations:

• Researching the economic policy, making the business reformation model, cooperative management, farming management; agriculture encouragement models; applying and organizing the accounting, finance, credit works, internal auditing in businesses; researching the plan for privatizing State’s companies.
• Implementing the science and technology service, the rural development technology.
• Making and approving the investment projects.
• Consulting and training knowledge of business management, agriculture
• Associating and training Informatics Accounting Intermediate program in full time, Business Accounting Intermediate program in service, Business Accounting College program in full time, Distance learning program.
• Associating and training Security practice certificates
• Consulting and privatizing the State’s businesses.
